Healing the Wounds of History JFK: A Reiki Healing Experiment
44 years ago today John F Kennedy was assassinated. This was before my time and yet I feel the sadness and loss others felt on that day. Something was broken in the collective American mind that has left scars up to this day. And so I ask on this day of dreadful memory for Reiki to be sent to heal all that is left unhealed even after all these years for the highest good of all. The past cannot be undone but the pain can at least be healed.

Psychopomp: a conductor of souls to the afterworld; e.g., Charon, Hermes
There are times when a soul becomes stuck between Heaven and Earth unable or unwilling to fully cross over from the earth plane of existence. Most often it is due to confusion at the time of death because it was so sudden and traumatic. At others it is because the person is so determined to stay and accomplish a goal such as watching over a loved one not knowing that they may be more effective at this once they have crossed over. Some fear punishment in the afterlife whether they actually deserve as much as they fear or not due to religious instruction during life. Finally sometimes it is because a soul is very harmful and those cases should be left to only the most skilled afterlife healers or better yet, imo, beings like Archangel Michael who when asked will gently but firmly wisk such beings away to a place where they can’t cause harm and hopefully may be brought back to the light.Always make sure that anyone you wish to assist is of the light so as to ensure you do not bite off more than you can chew. While one can always call in Archangel Michael to save the day I feel it better to ask him to take care of things beyond my ability so he doesn’t have to save me on top of it all. Or in other words don’t make one’s guardian angel work overtime unnecessarily okay ;)So far the easiest technique of assisting someone to cross over is once I have prepared myself (grounded, shielded, invited guides to help and support) is to ask that person’s Higher Self and Guides to gather around him or her to assist. Then I ask the Higher Self if I may send Reiki to it to pass along to the person as they are willing and able to accept it. Reiki is sent to the High Self so the person is not frightened by a stranger beaming energy at them in their confused state. Also it reduces the risk that one may get caught up in the person’s turmoil. As an Empath I have found the hard way it is best to take precautions like this so I may safely offer help and healing.I have felt people cross over after a few minutes of Reiki sent to their High Self and others who need it sent many times. I have also known people to cross just with the help of their guides when they were asked to join the person. Do not worry if it does not happen right way. When they have accepted enough healing they will go on their way to the next plane of existence.

The majority of earthquakes are caused by shifts along the fault lines and zones of the Earth’s crust, particularly along the edges of the tectonic plates. Others are caused by volcanoes located over suspected hotspots in the magma of the mantle. Still others occur along the divergent boundaries caused not by two tectonic plates scraping one another but by them separating such as the Mid-Atlantic ridge. I found this terribly interesting as a child and would be found glued to the TV watching educational documentaries on things like this. I still find it fascinating as an adult but now I know that massive death and destruction has occurred though out the ages when the Earth quaked and volcanoes spewed their deadly lava and smothering ash.
I do not seek or even hope to stop the Earth from her movements. My hope is that through seeking to heal and balance these activities by a growing, changing planet that the violence and danger may be diminished so that instead of a quake high on the Richter scale it may be eased into a smaller series of tremors. Perhaps somehow, someday volcanoes would seep lava instead of erupting so that wildlife and people can remove themselves from it’s path. When I send I send for balance, healing, and the highest good of all while hoping these things may result from that work.

If you wish ask that any beings of Divine Light and Divine Love willing to help to please clear and transmute any harmful energies in or near the fault lines and hot spots.
Send Reiki using Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen or intention to the systems of fault lines, hotspots and divergent boundaies that surround our world. Offer it to the nature spirits such as the Devas of the land who are willing to accept and use this energy to heal and balance the Earth. Use Sei Hei Ki, Cho Ku Rei and any other Reiki symbols you feel are useful at any time during the session.
End transmission and use Raku if wish to end the connection.

The 11th Hour 11th Day of the 11th Month in 1918 the War to End All Wars ended with the signing of the Armistice. I can’t help but think that someone with great knowledge and positive intention chose that moment of numerological power hoping to seal peace for all time. In my heart and gut I feel there is an unfinished ritual to end war making here and so I ask all who can to take part in a planetary effort to finish the job.
On the 11th Hour 11th Day of the 11th Month local time please pray, meditate, channel healing energy, dance, sing or otherwise act in any way that increases love and peace in your heart and send this out to share with the entire world.
If you like also meditate and explore the 11:11 energy. Send Reiki to it to active and increase positive aspects. Send Reiki to Nov. 11, 2007 starting now for like love Reiki is not bound by time. And please consider sending reiki, love and other healing to the past. The great traumatic injuies of WWI continues to reverberate unabated to this day including battles in what is now called Iraq. Thank you.

While I did post an experiment for healing one’s ancestors I feel that helping those one loves even after they have left the physical plane a very important and loving act. I bring this up again now because I have felt the presence of a relative who pass away when I was a child and only met a few times. He asked me for Reiki and knowing what I do of his life and passing he truly needs it. I had not thought until recently that sending healing to those out of body would be of much help. Now I am glad to say that it is very effective so if you feel the call to assist your loved ones who no longer have bodies please do so!

Use Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen or intention to send Reiki to someone you feel need and accept it. If they communicate a specific problem they wish help with focus on that. When you feel the session is over be sure to disconnect from your patient so things do not leak through at unsuitable times. Use intention to end or at least greatly reduce the connection or use Raku.

A Well Placed Cho Ku Rei Can Work Wonders
Reiki symbols are a useful way of focusing intention. Cho Ku Rei can be used is so many ways.
Draw it on your walls and the center of a room to break up and clear harmful, stagnant energy and just generally purify the atmosphere.
Do the same in person or from a distance drawing Cho Ku Rei & Sei Hei Ki on the boundaries of your property so that only that which is of the Light may cross the property line.
Draw it above your chakras and drop it in (visualize it gently floating into the chakra like a feather falling through the air) to clear blockages and transmute negativity. I have found it very useful this way for headaches.
Draw if over your food (or under the table aimed at your food) to improve it’s vitality.
Use it to clear and charge your crystals and gemstones.
Use it (& Sei Hei Ki) on your phone, TV and computer to reduce energy pickup from others.
Draw it on the shield you coat your aura with. I like to place it front, back, right, left, above, and below.
Draw it on your hands before treating to reduce energy pick up either way between you and the person you are treating. Do the same after plus draw Raku between you to clear the connection that did form for the purpose of treatment so it won’t continue after.
Clear your aura by sweeping your hands over it with the intention of collecting harmful energies as if you were dusting an object then draw Cho Ku Rei to transmute what you have collected on your hands. I have cleared other’s auras and then rolled the energy into a ball and placed it in their hands to demonstrate the amount of harmful energy they pick up in normal circumstances and the importance of clearing it. Then I draw Cho Ku Rei in their hands to transmute the psychic gunk instantly.
Experiment and find other uses for this and the other symbols. Remember Reiki truly cannot harm it simply will not work if it is not needed or refused or in excess of what is needed.

Similar to the energy meridians that flow through our own bodies ley lines are energy lines flowing through crust of the Earth. At times they become blocked or even damaged to the point negative energy flows instead of healthy energy. Encountering such is not a call for alarm but a call for healing. Asking for help from Light Beings like Archangel Micheal and sending reiki can heal such problems. Not too long ago many here on earth took part in an effort called Fire the Gird. Here I am suggesting a Heal the Grid to aid Gaia’s own transition into the New Age.
Ground, Shield, Invite your Guides & Allies to help and support
Ask Gaia or which ever personification of Mother Earth you feel most comfortable working with permission to send Reiki into her Ley Lines. Once you sense acceptance send Reiki focusing with the Distance Symbol or intention that the reiki will flow into the ley lines gently transmuting blockages and negative energies. Use the other symbols as you feel the need. If you are unable to sense acceptance or refusal simply offer reiki with the intention that it will flow to everyone else who does wish to receive Reiki if your first target refuses. Ask Archangel Michael and all other beings of light willing and able to help with this to remove, heal or transmute anything that is not of the light that is beyond what Reiki can deal with. Send as long as you feel the need to or you have time for. After thank all beings who assisted and thank Gaia for all the wonderful gifts she has given you. End transmission and use Raku if you feel the need.

I am breaking no new ground here. There are been many wonderful world wide and local peace efforts many of which even effected the sensors of Princeton’s Global Consciousness Project. What I am suggesting here which is a tiny bit different is to join in as a group daily for one minute at 12 noon Greenwich Mean Time and through the wondrous nature of energy in general and Reiki in particular for people to do this at their convenience using Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen and intention.
No worries about converting local time to connect with the group energy or getting up in the middle of the night if you are on the opposite side of the world from the organizers. If you get busy and forget that you wished to send at a certain time simply use the distance symbol or intention to send. If you know you will be too harried to take even 60 seconds to send Reiki send the day before or the day after as well as for that day itself. No muss, no fuss, and no excuses for not taking part 😉

Use Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen or intention to connect with all beings of light taking part in this. Use it again to send Reiki at 12 noon Greenwich Mean Time. I would suggest sending Reiki with the intention that it heals everything that is inhibiting peace throughout all levels of being – not just Globally but in ourselves, our relationships, jobs, communities, etc. on up to the worldwide level.
Send for one minute or longer if you wish. If you encounter a specific issue which draws you to send Reiki please follow your inner prompting and send to it for the highest good of all.
When done thank those who assisted you, ground again, and self-clear if needed. When doing group work or work on others I like to sweep my aura clean after to capture and transmute any unhealthy energies I picked up. Sweep your hands just over the surface your body with the intention to collect negativity like dust on a cloth. Reach as much of yourself as comfortably possible and visualizing reaching the parts you actually cannot reach as well. Then sweep your aura by wiping it clean as well as if you are encased in a clear egg of glass that you need to clean. After simply clap three times and shake your hands to transmute the energies collected. alternatively you can put cho ku rei on to your hands to likewise transmute the energy.

I have been enjoying Reiki internal energy showers for over two years now. The more I learn about reiki the more I find that focus and intention really increase the effect. A few days ago I thought of a more detailed and focused Reiki shower where one bathes away anything that does not serve from each chakra after first performing the basic shower.
Ground, Shield, Invite your Guides & Allies to help and supportSit or lie in a comfortable position. Lay your hands in your lap facing palm up or facing together and send Reiki fountaining up to the top of your head. If you wish draw or speak any Reiki symbols you feel are needed sending them over your head and then ‘dropping’ them into your crown chakra like a falling leaf drifts gently down to earth. Let the Reiki flow into your crown chakra as well, down on through every part of your body until it flows down out of the roots growing from soles of your feet all with the intention to prepare you for the chakra clearing. Continue this general clearing longer if you feel it is needed.
Next bring your focus of the flow of Reiki to the chakras in your feet all the while starting the send at the crown chakra on down through the body. I find sending it this way keeps me from getting spaced out during the process and automatically sends the cleared debris of the treatment into the Earth for composting. Infuse the chakras with Reiki gently washing away any blockages and repairing any damages. If you have not done much grounding you might find your feet chakras nearly closed and full of blocked energy. If so just work with this process to correct this. When the feet feel done treat the chakras in your ankles, knees, and hips each set one step at a time if only for a few moments. See the energy flowing outward from each chakra as if it was a little lighthouse as the chakra is cleared. Although these are minor chakras these are areas that often subject to injury or illness like arthritis in later life. Care for them now so you are less likely to need to later.
On to the Root Chakra. Again infuse this chakra noting any problems then focusing the flow of reiki on that area. Primal issues are stored in this chakra. Scarcity, survival, reproduction, and the things that trigger the flight or fight response are most often found here. Also in general issues relating to the first seven years of life. Your Kundalini is stored here. Be sure you have a healthy root system going in the minor chakras below this as well as clearing the major chakras before attempting to charm that powerful snake. Once the energy flows clearly until he chakra radiates like a small lighthouse or you feel enough is done for now move on.
Next is the Sacral Chakra just below the navel. Usually seen as orange and relating to physical creation, intimate sexual relationships – even if not physically consummated, reproduction, sexual abuse whether or not physical contact was part of it. This chakra often contains issues relating to the second seven years of life up to age 14. Breath the reiki into this chakra focusing on blockages and such. Once again treat this region until it is done then move on.
Solar Plexus – relating to the color yellow, issues relating ages 14 to 21, Ego healthy or unhealthy, interpersonal relationships. personal power. I found many of my inner kids there. Treat as you worked with the others then move up to the next chakra while continuing the flow from your hands up to your crown and down down down on out through the roots of your feet.
Heart Chakra Love, Green and Pink, compassion, ages 21 to 28, most emotional aspects of relationships including to one’s way of relating to one’s own self. Bathe this chakra with Reiki dissolving blockages and healing the damage until it beams as clear as can be done in one session.
Pectoral Chakras – not a traditional chakra yet IMO still in need of care. Care for this region tenderly for lack of tenderness to you may be lodged here as well as Mother issues and emotional nourishment. Please use Reiki treat this and other sensitive areas in yourself and if in relationship in your beloved for healers are not allowed to work these areas out of respect for their client’s privacy.
Thymus chakra aka High Heart Chakra. Cosmic and Unconditional Love. Not the personal love of the Heart but the Age of Aquarius everyone-is-my-brother-and-sister sort of love. While considered a minor chakra it is vital relating to the immune system. A broken lower heart can damage the upper heart as well. you may find issues relating to trusting the world and one’s fellow humans here. A lack of connection to others might be centered in the thymus as well. Some see it aqua, some pink, some turquoise. Work with whatever color feels right for you and treat it as you did all the other chakras.

An alternative to treating all the chakras in one go is to treat one chakra per session for a week or two for a more detailed exploration. Another thought is to treat one chakra per day from feet up to the crown and then start the cycle again. If doing one of these I suggest treating feet, ankles, knees & hips in one session with the root, the pectoral chakras and thymus along with the heart, and hands, wrists, elbows, and shoulders with the throat, and eyes & ears (and base of the skull if you wish) with the third eye.NamasteDiamond HeartTechnorati Tags: Reiki, Reiki Healing Experiment, Energy Healing, Chakra

A MerKaBa is a three dimensional star shaped form from sacred geometry that in and of itself has positive energy. I am only beginning to get acquainted with it. One night as I was falling asleep the thought of making Merkaba shaped Reiki balloons popped into my head. Whether it was my subconscious or one of my guides with the suggestion I don’t know. I do know that when I tried it I felt that the reiki filled merkaba had more power to it. I particularly liked this image here of glistening diamond merkabas so I made mine like that. Make your merkabas in what ever colors you wish then infuse them with Reiki. Then hang them from your ceiling, post them at the corners of your home and property, attach one to your vehicle’s antenna, send them to those who request Reiki and leave them in public places for anyone who wishes healing to take.

Invite your spirit guides & allies for assistance and support
Visualize as many merkaba shapes in front of you as possible. Infuse them with Reiki using intention or Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen. Add in all the Reiki symbols you feel are suitable and then just send reiki until they feel full. The final step is placing any you wish around your home, workspace at your place of work, anyone you know who wishes to receive Reiki, and any public areas you wish.
